There are two ways to train with me:

In Jackson, in person — 1:1 or with a small cohort of athletes/friends.

Custom remote, for athletes who split time between Jackson and elsewhere, for athletes training from anywhere in the world, or for locals more motivated to do the work on their own.

Every program is custom. Built from the six-pillar framework, dosed to your needs and objectives, shaped for you — sport, training age, goals, schedule, injury history.

The strongest version of working together is in the same room. Hands on the bar, eyes on the rep, conversation between sets that doesn't happen any other way. For athletes who live in Jackson — or who can train here consistently — this is where the methodology shows up at its highest fidelity.

Programming written specifically for your body, your goals, and the season of life you're in. Every session coached live — form, dosing, tempo, intent.

Small Group
4–6 athletes

Not into big group classes where you don't know anyone or feel any real connection? Know yourself well enough to know motivating on your own isn't enough? Grab a few friends and set up a small working cohort.

Same methodology, same coaching, same standard — with the energy that comes from training next to people you actually want to train with. Cohorts are organized by life stage — Teens train with Teens, Adults train with Adults. Programming is dosed for the cohort and tailored where it matters.

Teens
  • 2x/week — Complement (in-season, multi-sport)
  • 4x/week — Comprehensive (offseason or athletic development focus)
Adults
  • 2x/week — Anchor (hold the line through demanding life seasons or phases)
  • 3x/week — Ascend (build, not just maintain)

How It Works

From intake to first block in five steps.

Intake Call
Free 30-minute conversation. Training history, season of life, dosing fit, goals, schedule, equipment, injury history. Out of respect for athletes and their time, I don't take on those the methodology isn't right for.

Onboarding + Baseline
Access to the T2P Coach Platform. We define key benchmarks together — strength, conditioning, and movement patterns — to set the baseline your first block is built on.

Program Build
I write your first block — custom from the framework, dosed to your tier, shaped to your goals and your reality. Not a template with your name on it.

Train + Log
Train, log your sessions, upload video on the lifts where it matters. Coaching comments and video feedback come back inside a day. Unlimited messaging between check-ins.

Monthly Check-In
1:1 video call to review the block, look at progress against baseline, and rebuild the next one. Programming rebuilt based on what actually happened — not what was planned.

12-week macrocycles, block-periodized, dosed to your tier. Reactive adjustments when life happens — travel, injury, work spikes, the kid gets sick. The program respects the life you're actually living.

Coaching & Communication

Monthly 1:1 video check-in. Unlimited async messaging. Video review on submitted technique. Direct line to me — not a junior coach, not a team rotation.

The Platform

Programming delivered, movement demos for every exercise, lift logging, video upload and review built in. Lift history, benchmark tracking, block-over-block progress.

A Look Inside

The Rhythm of the Block.

Every session moves through the six pillars in the same order — every time. MVT, then power or skill while fresh, then strength, then conditioning, then finishing when time allows. The dose changes with your tier; the order doesn't. You train it. You log it. Video on the lifts where the cue matters. Async coaching comes back inside a day.

Once a month, we get on a call. How the block went. What the numbers say. Where to push, where to hold, what's next. Every 4–12 weeks, the block rebuilds — sharper than the last one, built on what actually happened.

The framework is universal. The dose is personal. The work is yours.
