Inquire About a ProgramIn-person training runs in 12-week blocks. You commit to a block, we reassess at the end, and you choose whether to run the next one. No annual contract and no auto-renewing year — just one block at a time.
In-person cohorts run in 12-week blocks; mid-block pauses are handled case-by-case. Custom programming requires a 3-month minimum, after which it goes month-to-month.
Because your coach is in the room. Each in-person cohort runs four to six athletes — capped at six by design — and it's reflected in the price.
