PRICING
Honest By Design

The price reflects the format.

Same methodology, delivered your way: in person in Jackson, custom remote programming built specifically for you, or self-guided with Foundations.

The Principle

“What you pay for is delivery, not access. Every athlete receives the methodology in full.”

A word before you pick a program.

This is for athletes who would rather follow a real framework than chase a new workout every Monday.

Most programs treat all athletes the same and simply adjust the volume, weight, or time. T2P treats the framework as universal and adjusts the dose.

A teenager building capacity trains differently than an adult balancing performance with life demands. Same six pillars. Same sequence. Different weighting based on where you are now — and where you need to go next.

Every athlete receives the methodology in full. The price reflects the delivery: in person in Jackson, custom remote programming built specifically for you, or self-guided through Foundations.

Teens see the fastest results — biology rewards the right work at the right age, and the framework is built to take advantage of that window. But the principle holds at every stage. Consistency beats intensity. Training evolves as you do. The athletes who keep getting better are the ones who keep showing up after the early gains stop feeling automatic — at 16 and at 56.

If you're looking for a quick transformation, this probably isn't for you — and saying that up front is part of the deal.

Coached in the room.

Small-group cohorts of four to six, or one-on-one. Train your program in Jackson with a coach on the floor — hands on the bar, eyes on every rep.

Start With Foundations

The fine print, in plain English.

Things worth knowing before you start.
  • What's the difference between Foundations and Custom?

Foundations is the method; Custom is the method built around you. Foundations gives you structured programming to run on your own, in the equipment track that fits your setup — with no check-ins, video review, or coach access. Custom is a coaching relationship: individualized programming, weekly check-ins, video review, and direct messaging. Foundations is a place to start; most athletes use it as an on-ramp to Custom.

  • How does enrollment work?

In-person training runs in 12-week blocks. You commit to a block, we reassess at the end, and you choose whether to run the next one. No annual contract and no auto-renewing year — just one block at a time.

  • Can I cancel or pause?

In-person cohorts run in 12-week blocks; mid-block pauses are handled case-by-case. Custom programming requires a 3-month minimum, after which it goes month-to-month. Foundations is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.

  • Why is in-person priced the way it is?

Because your coach is in the room. Each in-person cohort runs four to six athletes — capped at six by design — and it's reflected in the price.

  • Why is 1:1 priced above a standard training session?

You're not buying a generic hour. Every 1:1 session runs about 75 minutes — longer than the standard 60 — and is built on your full Custom programming block, with hands-on technique correction and loading throughout. It's specialist coaching against your own plan, not a drop-in workout, and the rate reflects that.

  • How do I apply for Custom Programming?

Brief application, then a free 30-minute call to make sure it's the right fit. Custom isn't sold via a Buy button — it's a real coaching relationship.
